Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to products purchased directly from Dric Interior and to design service engagements. Please read it carefully before making a purchase or booking.

Design Services

Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

Design Retainer

Design retainers are refundable within 7 days of payment, provided no design work has commenced. Once work begins, the retainer is non-refundable.

Project Cancellation

If you cancel a project after work has commenced, you will be invoiced for work completed to date at our standard hourly rate. Any balance over the retainer will be due within 14 days.

Physical Products

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Change of Mind

We accept returns of unused, undamaged items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Custom or bespoke items cannot be returned.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
